In the interests of health writing Patricia has been frozen to -125° C with Frank Bruno, explored the intricacies of the human brain and even (sigh) forced herself to stay in a luxury spa.
Patricia has a particular passion for sport - especially rowing - and writes a rowing blog, Girl on the River, which was shortlisted in three categories in the Wales Blog Awards.
She is also knowledgeable about M.E. / C.F.S., having suffered from chronic fatigue for many years. She is now, happily, fully recovered.

The brunt of bullying
When the former England cricketer Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff stepped into the boxing ring on Friday to take on and beat the American professional boxer Richard Dawson, he may have been hoping to exorcise a few demons. Flintoff was bullied as a child and in a Sky documentary he expressed the hope that the fight would help purge his memories of that tough time.
